Exchanges & Returns
When you receive packages, please check the goods as soon as possible according to the normal procedures, if the goods are defective in new products, you can apply for replacement or return. You have 10 days from receiving your order to make a return. The returned product must be in a brand new state and packaging intact, otherwise, the return permission will be affected, and each product can only be exchanged once. Please note: returns need to be sent to our company directly and we do not cover cost of postage. If returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
